Samsung Display will launch a new foldable display brand at the K-Display 2025, an industry exhibition of new technology that opens doors on August 7 (Thursday). The brand is dubbed “MONT FLEX”. Here’s how Samsung explains it. “M” stands for mechanical durability, “O” for opto-mechanically flat, “N” for narrow bezels and “T” for thin and lightweight design. In more detail, the M highlights innovations like the shock-resistant structure that allowed the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 displays to survive 500,000 fold cycles.
